Storage Conditions
Seal and store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse, far away from ignition sources and heat. Avoid mixed storage and transportation with alkalis, oxidants and other chemicals to prevent moisture absorption which may affect product performance.
2. Physical Properties
The melting point of sodium bisulfate is about 58.5℃. When heated to 315℃, it decomposes to produce sodium sulfate, sulfur trioxide and water. It has strong hygroscopicity and good water solubility, with obvious exothermic phenomenon during dissolution in water. Its solid form has good stability and is not easy to deteriorate under normal temperature and pressure.
3. Main Uses
● Industrial Field
It can be used as an acidic cleaning agent for descaling and derusting of metal surfaces; as an electroplating auxiliary to adjust the pH value of electroplating solution and improve the quality of electroplating coating; as a pH regulator for water treatment, applied to the pH adjustment of industrial circulating water and wastewater; it can also be used in chemical production processes such as sulfate manufacturing and dye intermediate synthesis.
● Food Field
Food-grade sodium bisulfate can be used as an acidity regulator and preservative, suitable for the processing and production of canned food, beverages, preserved fruits and other foods. The dosage must strictly follow the limit requirements of the corresponding national food safety standards.
● Laboratory Field
Reagent-grade sodium bisulfate can be used as an acidic reagent for pH adjustment or as a raw material for chemical reactions in various chemical experiments.
4.Packaging Specifications

25kg kraft paper bag (with inner lining bag)
1000kg ton bag (with inner lining bag)
1250kg large bag (with inner lining bag)
Note: According to customer needs, we also provide other packaging methods, such as ton bags, full plastic bags, kraft paper bags, and drums. Different packaging options correspond to different costs.
5. Core Advantages
● Sodium bisulfate has mild and stable acidity.
In the application process, its corrosivity is much lower than that of strong acids such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid, which can reduce the safety risks during operation and facilitate storage and transportation.
● After participating in chemical reactions
The products are mostly water-soluble sulfates without toxic and harmful substances, featuring simple post-treatment and meeting the requirements of production scenarios with high environmental protection standards.
● In addition, compared with similar acidic auxiliaries
Its price is more economical, which can effectively reduce the production cost of enterprises.
