Storage Conditions
Seal and store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse, away from ignition sources and heat; separate from alkalis, oxidants, flammable and explosive materials, and avoid mixed storage; equip the storage area with suitable materials to contain leakage, and prevent caking or deterioration caused by moisture and rain.
2. Physical Properties
Sodium bisulphate monohydrate appears as colorless monoclinic crystals or white crystalline powder; its melting point is about 58.5℃. When heated to 120℃, it loses crystal water and turns into anhydrous sodium bisulphate, and further decomposes into sodium sulfate and sulfur trioxide at high temperatures; it is easily soluble in water, releasing a certain amount of heat during dissolution, and the aqueous solution is strongly acidic; it is slightly soluble in ethanol and insoluble in organic solvents such as acetone; it has hygroscopicity and is prone to absorb moisture and cake when exposed to humid air.
3. Main Applications
● Industrial Field
Used as an acidic cleaning agent for descaling and rust removal on metal surfaces; served as an intermediate in chemical synthesis for producing sulfates, pigments, dyes and other products; applicable in water treatment to adjust the pH value of water bodies, and also has certain bactericidal and algae-inhibiting effects; can be used as an additive in electroplating solution for the electroplating industry to improve coating quality.
● Food Field
Employed as an acidity regulator and leavening agent in the production of baked foods such as biscuits and bread. It can react with sodium bicarbonate to produce carbon dioxide, making the food form a loose structure.
● Laboratory Field
Utilized as an analytical reagent for chemical titration, sample acidification and other experimental operations.

5. Core Advantages
● It has mild and controllable acidity
Compared with strong acids such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid, it has lower corrosivity during use, higher operational safety, and is less likely to cause serious damage to equipment and the environment;
● It has good water solubility and fast dissolution rate
which can quickly mix with water to form a uniform acidic solution, facilitating metering and application;
● It has a wide range of applications
covering industrial cleaning, chemical synthesis, food processing, water treatment and other fields, with strong functional practicality;
● It has good stability
with a long shelf life under sealed and dry conditions, and is not prone to chemical changes, ensuring stable and reliable product quality.
